How long
it takes.
Orders are packed and handed to our courier from Nagcarlan, Laguna. You'll get a tracking number by SMS and email once it's on the way.
Metro Manila & nearby Luzon
Business days from dispatch.

Business days for most provincial addresses.
Island & remote areas
Business days for hard-to-reach barangays.
Returns & refunds
Every bottle is bottled by hand and checked before it leaves the farm. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Unopened bottles
Changed your mind? Return any unopened, unused bottle within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Damaged or wrong item
Arrived damaged, leaking, or the wrong pack? Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll ship a free replacement — no return needed.
How refunds are issued
Once we receive and check your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method or GCash.
What we can't accept
For safety and hygiene, we can't accept returns of opened or partially used bottles unless the product was defective on arrival.
